We get into the habit of unhealthy eating and disjointed family time. I've also met my fair share of twenty-somethings that have no clue how to grocery shop or prepare meals. It's time we changed that!

Sous Chef Sunday seeks to educate our children about food and help them develop the skills necessary to prepare brilliant, healthy meals. We encourage family togetherness, not just for a sit down dinner, but for the entire process of selecting, prepping, and eating our meals. And let's not forget the cleanup!
